Shipping and delivery of products

For the delivery of the Products, Beleza Pura makes use of couriers and forwarding companies, leaders in national and international transport.

DELIVERIES IN ITALY

The shipment of the Products can take place throughout the Italian territory and the estimated delivery time is approximately within 1-2 working days from the moment in which Beleza Pura will receive confirmation of full payment of the Products and delivery costs; Delivery times may vary without notice for reasons not directly related to Beleza Pura. For some locations - which transporters identify as disadvantaged - delivery times can be extended by 1-2 working days. The costs start from a value of 8 euros and can increase based on the total weight of the items purchased and from particular areas of Italy. In the case of orders over 60 euros, transport is free (excluding the smaller islands ** - for example Aeolian, Egadi, Pantelleria, Lampedusa, Ustica, islands in the Gulf of Naples and Ponza, disadvantaged or particular locations such as Livigno *, Campione of Italy). The customer, before making the payment, based on the destination address of the goods and the weight of the goods purchased, is informed about the total transport costs that will be added to the value of the goods ordered. In particular situations, promotions can be activated to reduce or eliminate transport costs. These promotions are normally displayed through the use of advertising banners which explain the rules that determine the application of transport promotions.

Delivery to a collection point

When completing your purchase, you can select a collection point other than your own address. This option is useful when no one is present at the address indicated for collection and therefore one of the collection points normally present in shops / shopping centers is chosen. Based on the address, a map of the next collection points will be displayed where you can select one. Delivery will take place based on the opening hours of the business designated as the collection point.

DELIVERIES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

For foreign destinations, the sending of products remains valid after payment confirmation and delivery times vary according to the country of destination. The costs are different, depending mainly on the total weight of the goods and the country of destination. For countries that are not part of the European Union there are also surcharges for customs duties. By way of information, the prices of foreign shipments start at around 14.9 euros. In any case, based on the destination address of the goods and the weight of the goods purchased, the customer is informed before paying for the order on the total transport costs that will be added to the value of the goods ordered.

GENERAL RULES

Deliveries are usually made on working days, during office hours, from 9 to 18. It is possible to customize the delivery methods of the products by contacting Customer Service.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The shipping rates and delivery methods are detailed at the time of sending the purchase order and vary according to the total weight of the items purchased, the overall value of the order (only for deliveries in Italian territory), to the country / nation of destination and the delivery method selected by the customer.
