Shipping and delivery of products

For the delivery of the Products, Beleza Pura uses leading national and international couriers and shipping companies.

DELIVERIES IN ITALY

Products can be shipped throughout Italy, and the estimated delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days from the moment Beleza Pura receives confirmation of full payment for the Products and shipping costs. Delivery times may vary without notice for reasons not directly related to Beleza Pura. For some locations—identified by carriers as remote—delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days. Shipping costs start at €8 and may increase based on the total weight of the items purchased and specific areas of Italy. Shipping is free for orders over €70 (excluding smaller islands**—for example, the Aeolian Islands, the Aegadian Islands, Pantelleria, Lampedusa, Ustica, the islands in the Gulf of Naples and Ponza, remote or special locations such as Livigno*, and Campione d'Italia). Before making payment, the customer is informed of the total shipping costs, which will be added to the value of the ordered goods, based on the destination address and the weight of the purchased goods. In certain circumstances, promotions may be activated to reduce or eliminate shipping costs. These promotions are typically displayed using advertising banners that explain the rules governing the shipping promotions.

Delivery to a collection point

When finalizing your purchase, you can select a pickup location other than your own address. This option is useful when there's no one available to collect your order at the address you specify, so you can choose one of the pickup locations typically found inside stores/shopping centers. Based on your address, a map of nearby pickup locations will appear, allowing you to select one. Delivery will take place during the opening hours of the designated pickup location.

DELIVERIES TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES

For international destinations, products will still be shipped after payment confirmation, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Costs vary, depending primarily on the total weight of the goods and the destination country. For countries outside the European Union, customs duties may also be added. For information, international shipping prices start at approximately €14.90. For more information, please contact customer service. In any case, based on the destination address and the weight of the purchased goods, the customer will be informed of the total shipping costs before paying for the order, which will be added to the value of the ordered goods.

GENERAL RULES

Deliveries are generally made on weekdays, during office hours, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can customize your product delivery options by contacting Customer Service.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified. Shipping rates and delivery methods are detailed when the purchase order is placed and vary based on the total weight of the items purchased, the total order value (for deliveries within Italy only), the country of destination, and the delivery method selected by the customer. Before payment, the customer is informed of the total shipping costs based on the destination address and the weight of the purchased goods, which will be added to the value of the ordered goods. The goods will be delivered to the address indicated on the order; any errors that affect delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that any notes on different intercoms and/or names be specified in the order.
