CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions govern the sale of products through the Shop.BelezaPura.it site (the "Site").
The Site is owned by BELEZA PURA, with registered office in Milan, Viale Andrea Doria, 16, tax code CSTCRG85E57Z602X and VAT number 09920370963.
Information on products, availability and prices
All information on the Products displayed on the Site, including the characteristics, images, videos and information sheets, are provided to BELEZA PURA by the relevant producers, or are reproduced on the basis of the information published by the producers themselves. BELEZA PURA may modify the information without prior notice. The images and videos are provided for information purposes and may differ from the appearance of the delivered Product, as a result of possible changes in the labels, wrappers or packaging by the manufacturer.All prices of the Products displayed on the Site are inclusive of VAT, and they may be subject to periodic changes without notice. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are indicated separately from time to time and also highlighted at the time of sending the purchase order.
If the value of the product was clearly different from normal and there were no indications of discounts and / or promotions in place on that item, the abnormal price is due to a system error: in this case, Beleza Pura reserves the right to not to accept the order (complete and / or partial), informing the customer and, if necessary, to return the amount paid (complete and / or partial).
How to purchase
The customer can proceed with the purchase of one or more Products shown on the Site, as described in the relevant sections, by selecting them each time and adding the desired quantities to their shopping cart. At the end of the selection of the desired items, a screen will be displayed for sending the order with an indication of all the data entered by the customer, who will be required to verify their correctness, as well as the shipping costs. The customer can select the solution and preferred delivery methods. In order to proceed with the sending of the purchase order, the customer must pay for the Products ordered and the delivery costs, following the instructions indicated on the site. Beleza Pura will send a communication of acceptance and confirmation upon receipt of the order by the customer, to the e-mail address supplied by the customer. Beleza Pura reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept, even partially, the purchase order, without any right, indemnity and / or compensation of any kind and for any reason being accrued in favor of the customer. By sending the communication of acceptance and confirmation, an order number will be assigned which must be used for any further communication with Beleza Pura in relation to the order.
Payments
The customer can purchase the Products online and make payments with the methods validated and described on the site, following the instructions indicated for the purchase procedure.
Online payments will be made in total security since all the information necessary for the payment will be forwarded, via encrypted protocols, to the payment institution which Beleza Pura has entrusted with the remote electronic payment services, without the possibility of access by of third parties. It is understood and the Customer acknowledges and accepts that Beleza Pura will execute the contract and will proceed with the shipment of the ordered Products only after having received confirmation of full payment of the price and delivery costs made by the customer.
Shipping and delivery of products
For the delivery of the Products, Beleza Pura makes use of couriers and forwarding companies, leaders in national and international transport. The shipment of the Products may take place throughout the Italian territory and the estimated delivery time is approximately within 24 - 48 hours from the moment in which Beleza Pura will receive confirmation of full payment of the Products and delivery costs.
Deliveries are usually made on working days, during office hours, from 9 to 18. It is possible to customize the delivery methods of the products by contacting Customer Service.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The rates for shipping and delivery methods are detailed at the time the purchase order is sent and vary according to the quantity of Products ordered and the delivery method selected by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
In compliance with the provisions of d. lgs. 206/2005, the customer, if a consumer, may withdraw from the sales contract, without having to specify the reason and without penalty, within 14 working days from the date of consign of the Products purchased. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send, within this period, an e-mail to the Customer Service info@belezapura.it, indicating:
(i) the order number;
(ii) the invoice number, if requested at the time of the order;
(iii) the Products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal;
(iv) their bank details for the reimbursement.
The customer must wait for a communication from Beleza Pura authorizing the return of the Products. Within 14 working days of receiving this communication, the customer must send, at his expense, the Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised to the address communicated by Beleza Pura. Within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, Beleza Pura will refund the Products subject to withdrawal, excluding shipping costs. The shipment and the means of which to use for the return will be at the expense of the customer. The customer cannot be compensated in the event that the Products are lost or damaged. Beleza Pura reserves the right not to accept the return of products that are not intact, damaged or tampered with, returning them to the customer with an increase in transport costs.
Damaged, non-compliant products or delivery errors
Upon receipt of the Products, the customer is required to verify that they correspond to those indicated in the purchase order and that the packaging is intact and undamaged.
In case of errors in the delivery of the Products, of packaging that is not intact and of packages or packages clearly damaged, the customer is required not to collect the Products, immediately contesting the reasons to the carrier, as well as to Customer Service (by telephone +39 3921797446 or by mail info@belezapura.it) no later than 48 working hours after the delivery of the same. Beleza Pura will proceed to verify what has been communicated to it by the customer and then contact the latter in order to agree on the methods and terms for the replacement of the Products or the refund of the price.
Even in the presence of intact packaging, the Products must be immediately verified by the customer, who in the presence of errors and / or other anomalies is required to report it by contacting Customer Service within 8 days of receipt of the same.
Privacy
The processing of personal data provided by the Customer takes place in compliance with Legislative Decree n. 196 of 2003. The complete information on the processing of the aforementioned data, without the acceptance of which it will not be possible to make any purchase, is reported in full on the site and is accessible from the link.

These conditions are subject to Italian law.
